Dr. Erik and staff were wonderful! I was nervous before my appointment but they were warm, professional and made me feel at ease.
On the first visit, the appointment started 20 minutes late, which I didnt expect since the appointment was just about the first of the day. Aside from that, the staff at the front desk were polite amd helpful. Doctor Cyphers was absolutely wonderful! His explanations and treatment course of action were clear and he made sure I understood what to expect going forward. The office was easy to locate and there was plenty of parking. I would recommend this doctor to others.
