A great experience. I love how the staff call early to explain preparations for procedures. I appreciate the early phone calls in advance to remind me of upcoming procedures and what to do beforehand. I was well prepared with what to expect after reading the informative handouts that were given to help me prepare for my procedure. Front desk staff were very kind and checked me in quickly. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable and personable. The receptionist made me feel comfortable right away, even remembered me from a previous appointment. I went in for a biopsy and didn't feel a thing. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.
I had no idea what to expect from my TRL laser facial with Yesenia today and I was both excited and nervous. The staff was very friendly and took the time to explain the procedure every step of the way. They left me detailed after-care instructions and happily answered all of my questions. 10/10 I will be returning for future services!
The team here was so helpful and quick to get me booked for my first appt and let me know all the information I needed to know before my appointment. When I arrived it was a quick and easy check-in.
