Love the customer service ! Everyone makes you feel very welcome! My consultation with Mahshid went great , she explained everything about the laser procedure. She answered my questions and took the time to answer them ! They have a great deal going on right now go check it out !

A great experience. I love how the staff call early to explain preparations for procedures. I appreciate the early phone calls in advance to remind me of upcoming procedures and what to do beforehand. I was well prepared with what to expect after reading the informative handouts that were given to help me prepare for my procedure. Front desk staff were very kind and checked me in quickly. Overall great first experience. I sent in an inquiry via their website and shortly after I was contacted and given an option to see them the same day (based on my availability). Thea was my consultant and was very professional, informative, and answered my questions. I did not feel like I was being pressured into any solution, only assisted based on my personal goals. I received Botox the same day. I am looking forward to the results once it fully matures in two weeks.
