A great experience. I love how the staff call early to explain preparations for procedures. I appreciate the early phone calls in advance to remind me of upcoming procedures and what to do beforehand. I was well prepared with what to expect after reading the informative handouts that were given to help me prepare for my procedure. Front desk staff were very kind and checked me in quickly. I am extremely satisfied with my appointment at Dermestetics Gainesville. Every single person I interacted with went above and beyond, I am honestly so happy I found them. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable and personable. The receptionist made me feel comfortable right away, even remembered me from a previous appointment. I went in for a biopsy and didn't feel a thing. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.
