Moved to Fresno a few months ago and had to look for storage to place some of my items. Needed something fairly big but also cheap. This place had the best prices locally and was down the street from my new place. The facility is a bit older but well-kept and as a disclaimer, is not an indoor air conditioned storage building. I have been renting a storage space here since 2017. The employees here are very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place.

Very Creepy location. I have been at this location for over 5 years. The last two years have been very creepy here. The guy on the golf cart who sneaks around peeking into your storage stall looking for secret government files. Spying on you even if your in a company vehicle. This guy is really creeping me out. This location has many cameras and he can observe each isle from a distance. I am a security license contractor who don't need Hitler looking over my shoulder. Beware of website prices. They are a bait and switch and not honoured. Website listed unit as $30 a month, but when we spoke to the older lady over the phone, she said it was now $67 and they would not honour the special because they only had one left.

The workers here are always rude and unfriendly, that you can count on! And they always treat you, as though your in the wrong. It seems like they dont want to be there - so instead of making everyones life miserable, maybe they should quit. No ones making them work here! I also found they are not well trained on how to do their job. Simple questions they don't know. ( now remember the customer is always wrong ) I highly suggest to do business elsewhere.
I didn't get her name but this older lady was so rude she was acting like I was bothering her the eye rolling and noises she was making. Over the phone nice people I don't know if it was a race thing but that white lady sure made it feel that way.
Terrible customer service! We pulled in off golden state looking for storage in a trailer. The lady told us we are not able to enter with such a larger trailer (my dad drives semi trucks and has his license to drive them so the turns would not have been difficult). We then asked her to simply let us turn around in there but she told us we would need to stop traffic on golden state in order to get out. Ridiculous and dangerous!
