Derrel's Mini Storage rocks!!! Very helpful, great customer service. I was able to utilize their storage facility on short notice and it saved us soooo much time. I would highly recommend storing at any of their facilities throughout Fresno and Visalia, or wherever!

The couple running this place are kind and efficient. Was in and out withon ten minutes. Prices are a little up there but so are everyone elses here in Fresno that I have called. They gave me a great discount for the first few months and heard them on the phone giving others ideas on how to get the best deal through their offered promotions. Located in an area with lots of transients but stotage itself is fairly secure and well monitored.

Lisa, I believe, let me take a look at the unit to see if I thought it would fit all of my belongings and it did so they had my lock and unit ready for me in less than five minutes. It's gated and you need a gate code to enter which makes me feel safer about leaving items there. Helpful, quick and courteous and very decently priced :)

I have had a small unit at this location for about 5 years. The initial rate was good but they have raised it every year so I'm now paying about $10 more per month over 5 years. The original location managers were so pleasant and helpful then they retired and the new manager and staff are SO TERRIBLE! They are condescending and rude and it seems like whenever I speak to them I'm a burden rather than a customer. What happened to the great people that used to work at the Sierra and Blackstone location? My last two interactions were horrible. I rented at this location for over 12 years. I went into the office to change my address. What A nasty response ! This was before Covid. The ugly stare from the woman at the counter was uncalled for. She curtly informed me she was busy.
