This is my first time renting a storage, the lady in the front was so kind and she made all my anxiety and worries go away. I explained everything I needed to put away as my lease is up at the end of the month. She was so helpful, everything was fast and easy

Nice clean place. Reasonable rates. Hard to get on the phone but good in person. It's always full and I had to wait a few months to downsize into a smaller unit.

Rented a unit for short-term. All was easy breezy and even move-out was quick and easy. Staff was friendly with great customer service. Moreover, you can notice the happy staff in the front office. My experience here was great, so giving 5 stars for the staff.

i'm not wanted to complain about things usually but this was the worst experience I have ever had in a storage place they would lock me out say the bill wasn't paid it although it was withdrawn from a card then they would say that we had to pay cash or we had to show a receipt even though it was electronically processed because without the receipt you didn't even actually make a payment overall they're just rude disrespectful and unpleasant people to deal with I do not recommend anybody going there to rent a storage unit

I feel this couple deserves a 0 star they may be in this business for the wrong reasons possibility a free place to live the downside is they dont have the skill to practice good business ethics. I also feel corporate is aware of the many many complaints on this couple ,but has done zip to better the business. I will contact the better business and I advise others to do the same. Website says deal $19 per month for the first 3 months on their website but they wouldn't honor it they told us to go elsewhere

This is absolutely the worst place of business there is in Fresno. For starters, the couple, especially the older woman, are incredibly rude for no reason at all. They talk to you in a condescending tone and for being in business where it's centered around customer service, they completely lack that. Paying customers shouldn't be treated in the manner that they treat people. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere, I will be. I've had enough.

This is the worst Derrel's mini storage in Fresno and Clovis. The lady who works in the front office is very condescending and always looking for something wrong. We cannot come to our storage unit without her saying we are blocking the aisles (when we aren't blocking the aisles because there's plenty of space to go around our truck) or finding something else wrong, like having too many people helping us move our things from the storage unit to our truck. I do not recommend this place constantly harassing me whenever I go there they always try to look inside my storage unit and always tell me to open both doors for no reason they also come up to me and ask what am I doing what do I have in my storage I am calling headquarters today !!! I strongly do not recommend them
