Ty was awesome!! Super professional, on time, efficient with his work, clean, and very explanatory of where my issues were as well as potential issues he thought might present themselves in the future and what my options were. Recommended a few things but was not pushy at all and was very helpful.
We have worked with a number of HVAC companies over the last 20 years and Des Moines Heating/Cooling has set the bar. They exhibited great communication throughout the project and their attention to work details and owner's preference were outstanding. We highly recommend their services.
Sergio was awesome and he went above and beyond to make everything good. He explained everything to me and even remounted my thermostat that wasnt properly mounted initially. I really appreciated the whole experience. Des Moines Heating and cooling is the only magnet I have on my furnace unit from now on! Great job!

Sergio was very thorough and extremely detailed on how to properly fix this pipe according to code. I highly recommend Des Moines Heating & Cooling. Justin (Owners son) was great! This is a great family owned business. During the -20- (-45) degree stretch here they were here same day when our furnace stopped working. Justin talked me through everything he was doing, diagnosed the problem, we had one of the larger corporate business's out here the day before they didn’t do anything, was really concerning.
