Sergio was very friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. He was efficient with his inspection and gave me a few options for repairs/replacement. He was quick to answer my questions and I ended up choosing to replace the units, to my surprise they were able to schedule an install in 2 days. They were timely with their estimate and came in with the best quote in comparison to the other two heating and cooling companies I called. Communication on the install date and when they were en route was very good. Install went well even though we had to work through some electrical work and they came back to make sure that everything was connected correctly. I would work with them again in the future. Thanks Justin and team!

Sergio with Des Moines Heating and Cooling was amazing! He was friendly and professional. He did an awesome job of checking everything and recommending things that could improve the life of my AC and furnace. I have lived in my home for 8 years and don't get routine check ups. I try to keep everything clean myself. I was so happy with the service today. I will be recommending this company and Sergio to everyone I know.

I have to say that this was great service. Called for service on Friday for service and they were here on Monday as scheduled. Sergio was our service man and was excellent! Very professional, knowledgable and quick to find our problem. Quite honestly, I was impressed enough to sign up for their annual service plan on site. Thank you Sergio and Des Moines Heating & Cooling! Top notch service!! Highly recommend!!!!

I reached out at 8:30AM because my AC was not working and it was supposed to be a 90 degree day. DSM Heating & Cooling was to our house by 10AM and worked promptly and politely to get us up and running. Sergio was great and updated me on the status of our AC/Furnace as well. Very satisfied and thankful that they got out here quickly!
