Staff are so kind and helpful, they made me feel safe and pod with the choice to come to treatment
The staff and treatment in general are amazing but some of the meals could improve. I had throat cancer and cant swallow hard food or snacks. They put me on a special diet but ive never received a soft diet. Just the same as everyone else. Also they only put out a small tray of snacks twice a day. Its not enough for everyone here and if you arent right beside the tray waiting when they put them out they are gone in about one minute. Most are hard snacks anyway and i cant eat them. My stay here was amazing. The staff and everyone were very caring and helped me out with everything. Would definitely recommend anyone looking to get sober to come here. Great program and good people.
Desert Hope provides a safe environment and after hour NA meetings to attend. I learned so much from the group therapy.
