I was very very pleased with Dr Pierce and his staff. He and his staff were professional and knowledgable. I would highly recommend this office.

I can speak only for the VI peel. I was very pleased that Jen could fit me in on short notice. One suggestion is - a one-page listing/summery of what to expect and exactly what to do over the first week would be helpful. It feels like a lot of different things to do at first - even though it really isn't. It was bit overwhelming to try and remember the various things to do and not to do.
