1. the check in process is slow and not efficient. 2. The result of testing is taking too long to be reasonable. It seems there is too many push around about who is in charge o the operations.. it takes 8 business so far already that it still is not ready yet for my CT scan result. Poor customer service .

From checking to actual X-rays done was smooth. They were helpful and very professional. Wait time was minimal
