The receptionist was not that welcoming when I arrived. She never acknowledged me as she was working on something for about 5 minutes. She could have made eye contact with me and said that she would be with me shortly. Once she was helping me— she was fine. The 2 tech ladies were phenomenal.

The MRI and MRI tech experience was amazing. They make me feel comfortable, explained exactly how long the test was, handled make sure I knew exactly what was going on. Only issue that I had was trying to schedule with Desert radiology scheduling. It is unacceptable that every time I try to schedule with Desert radiology it takes over an hour on hold before somebody comes on the line. This has happened the last four times I have tried to schedule a procedure.
