Everyone was very helpful and polite. I did not have to wait long and the process was seamless.
The staff and facility were wonderful especially the MRI team. The only “snag” is scheduling. The staff were efficient but the wait time was excessive.
Everyone I spoke to over the phone and all the people that I came in contact with were kind, courteous and knowledgeable. I have been to Desert Radiology many times and I can’t remember a better experience.
All the staff are nice and pleasant. The whole place is nice and clean especially the restroom. Clean restroom is very important to me. I would not return to the same place if I didn’t like how I was treated the first time. Thank you!
