I came in as a walk-in for an X-ray, which my Physician did note as “Stat” due to her prediction of Pneumonia & myself feeling very weak and sick. Understandable that it was a bit busy, the receptionist (female, Hispanic) quoted us a wait time of 45 minutes-1 hour. We said okay… Anyway, after a LONG wait & a couple inquiries as to my status, I finally was seen after TWO HOURS!!! I am diabetic & it went way past my lunch hour. The wait was horrible. I was told at arrival that it would be 45 minutes. An hour and a half later I got the X-ray. The staff was very friendly and it wasn’t their fault that they do the X-rays as walk-in. Maybe a change in their policy would help.

Check in was prompt and easy. Technician for liver scan, Hind, was wonderful as were technicians for chest X-ray.
