Desert Radiology was great. They were organized and efficient, and the staff was courteous and attentive. The technician who did my sonogram was outstanding. She was thorough and personable, treating me with the utmost care. Glad I went there.
I came for a MRI recently and I was treated like royalty! I’m elderly I get cold so easy, the techs made sure I had warm blankets and my music was at the volume that was comfortable also making sure I had the music I liked. I was so impressed with these ladies that after the MRI was over, I filled out a comment card telling them how much I appreciated their TLC and waited so I could personally talk to the supervisor to give them a shout out. Went in for a CT scan and everyone that assisted me was very nice. The only thing I wish they would have told me about is the paperwork to fill out would have been easier to pick it up the same time I had to pick up the one bottle of barium 3 days before saves a lot of time and you don't have to rush in filling out everything. Other than that everything was great and the staff was friendly and kind.
Although one office had a long wait for a walk in X Ray, the staffers were kind enough to call the other office which had a much shorter wait time! The staff at the other office was just as helpful! The only negative is the inquisition at the front door informing me that mask are optional and 2-3 questions Covid related…
Walk-in for x-rays on a Monday early afternoon. No appointments accepted. Waited in line maybe 2 minutes, person took my info and walked me down to x-ray waiting room. Filled out 2 forms (one was just a signature). Waited maybe 3 minutes and was led to x-ray room. 5 minutes later I was walking out the door. Fast, efficient, friendly.
