They are absolutely fabulous in that office, I finally got the direct phone number and they all cared enough to help my elderly mother get out of her Lyft driver and be safely taken in and comfortably and wait for the Lyft driver to pick her up safely and walk her out. They went beyond the call of duty and I will never forget! Please recognize them in the office that helped my mother!Â

I really like your protocol of signing in and waiting in the car until youâve been called inside. So much better than sitting in a crowded room with other sick people. Making an appointment is much easier in the long run. You can plan when to leave to get to your appointment and not have to wait around.Â
