I’d give ZERO stars if I could but in order to leave a review I have to leave at least one. For the record, the staff at every location I have been to has been 5 stars. Pleasant, helpful, compassionate and always explaining the procedure. Your out of the country Call Center to schedule appointments SUCKS. They are very hard to understand making the call twice as long and even worse is that the information I received from them regarding my pre-procedure prep was 100% WRONG! Great! Fast service. X-ray tech was very personable and helpful as was the ultrasound tech. Was in and out very quickly. Thank you for such great service.

The test went well. But I was instructed when I made the appointment that I couldn’t eat for four hours and that I had to pick up barium before the test so when I got there to pick it up I was informed oh no, you don’t need that, trip wasted, I was told I needed to be there a half an hour early which I didn’t . The testing went well once we got it started.

This facility is one of the best I have ever used. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. They never act as though I am an idiot or imposing on their time. There are some facilities where the people are checking their personal phones and want to finish before assisting the patient. Not so at this facility.
