Everything was fine except the appointment booking process. Slow and painful process!! I’ve now had to make a few appointments and each time I’m on hold for at least 15 minutes. And then the actual booking takes another 15 minutes while they search the different locations. Your system seems antiquated and extremely slow. I will definitely talk to my doctor about switching to the other radiology company in Vegas.

People are great! Very knowledgeable, very professional HOWEVER, everyone there will know what you are there for and what insurance you have! I would have been embarrassed if I had Medicaid. (Used to have it and really didn’t want everyone to know it) When you are at the checking desk, everyone around can hear your entire conversation.
