Staff is always friendly as well as professional. They demonstrate empathy and explain what will be done, and appear happy to answer any questions I have. I have been going to DR for eight years now and will continue to do so when I need their services.

Both health care providers were friendly and efficient. Lobby was really noisy with patients talking loudly on their phones. Was hard to hear my name called when it was my turn. Is there a way to stop this? Some doctor’s offices have signs “no cell phone use”.
