Everyone was wonderful. From the moment we checked in until I was called. Jaylin and Yvette were so nice and made me feel comfortable. Explained everything and asked questions. The wait time wasn’t bad. I went in when scheduled. Here’s hoping they found what’s going on in the report! Recommend this locationÂ
The staff is always very prompt, caring, on top of things. The work done is very clear, even by future technicians. Very clean facility. You can do walk-ins. Thank you for having great staff that provided translation to spanish for my mother. Everyone is simply awesome.Â
I had to have a MRI, cat c scan and xray all in one day because of a injured neck. I was worried that this would cause more pain than I already had but the tech were very gentle and kind. The wait time and test time was very fast. Al in all they rate above 5 stars.Â
The Sandy Ridge facility is small and well managed. Appointment was able to be scheduled in a short amount of time, and registration and initial processing was quick and easy. Renee was great, kind and patient doing the ultrasound. Definitely recommend Sandy Ridge!Â
Trying to get an appointment over the phone is near impossible. Waited 45 minutes multiple times and gave up. Had to physically go into one of your facilities to schedule. If all my records were not with you I would probably go elsewhere. Upon arrival everything was very efficient, friendly and quick. Please work out your phone issue!Â
