You would have gotten 5 stars had I not waited on hold for over an hour to schedule an appointment. Total phone call 2 hrs 8 minutes Otherwise everything else was good. The girls in CT were fantastic at the Wynn location.

Both the front desk entry taking girls were very non empathetic. The one at Wynn location looked like she did not want to be there. She had no smile or sense of customer service. The second girl who called me at front desk to take my clip board was worse. She was cold and difficult. They had not received the approval for my MTI and she insisted I call the Optum care and get it as her phone lines were down. My appointment was at 10.20am and she wanted me to do her job.
