Twice you canceled my appointment by saying you didn’t have approval from my insurance company and both times when I called my insurance company they had approved my procedure days before you called to cancel and you didn’t notify my doctor that you needed something else till the day you canceled why not let us know before that so we have time to got you what you need and in this case you already had it and lied about it.

It was pleasant from the moment that I headed to the reception window, it was a welcoming greeting. Which is very important because it sets the tone for the rest of the appointment. My wait time was reasonable for a walk-in referral. When I was called in I was again greeted pleasantly by the Technician who was helpful and assistive which I greatly appreciated.
