If your idea of fun is lighting thousands of dollars on fire with nothing to show for it this company might be for you. Otherwise, stay away. I was quoted a 5-6 week turnaround for architectural plans and an additional 3-4 weeks for structural engineering. It is now week 15 and not even the architectural plans are complete. Whenever I question why it's taking so long I get a generalized placating response if I get anything at all. Totally untrustworthy. Called for a simple structural assessment of my property. Confirmed address. They asked for payment upfront and we signed a contract. Then they said they don't service my location. I'm still waiting for my refund.
I contacted this company for the review of a existing second story deck and retaining walls because of there being signs of failure from corrosion and dry rot. I specifically asked for the evaluation and proposal of how to repair and make structurally sound including the retaining walls. The response I received was a contract requesting payment upon signing and riddled with disclaimers. The disclaimers basically absolving them of any form of qualified engineering.
