I HAD BOTH A NEW FRONT DOOR AND STORM DOOR INSTALLED AND THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY STUNNING. A PERFECT COMPLIMENT TO THE NEW WINDOWS I HAD INSTALLED AT AN EARLIER DATE. THE TEAM THAT INSTALLED, WERE COMPLETE PROFESSIONALS AND DID A SUPERIOR JOB. MY DOORS ARE SOUND AND ENERGY EFFICIENT...I LOVE THEM. They are great. No pressure to buy, they explain the difference between the doors. Never in hurry to answer questions. Can't decide what look good on your house they come out help you and give ideas. They came out measure , then manufacturers sent guy out to check measurements. Every week we received updates on door even if it was same. The installer we friendly and professional. They took their time to besure it was line up and sealed no light showing. We would and do recommend Designer Door &Window Plano. Tom and Kathy Plunkett

We recently had new windows installed across the entire front of our house. The outcome of the job was nothing short of amazing. What a difference it made! The entire process was great with Designer Door & Window. Kevin guided us through the selection process and was very knowledgeable, personable and had excellent follow-through. The 5-man crew showed up on-time and were as skilled craftsmen as you'll find. These were guys who were very experienced and it showed. They were very careful and took measures to minimize cleanup. They were meticulous about the fit and finish of their work. Steve and his crew get a solid 5 Stars from us. Great job!

After doing a lot of research, we went with Designer Door and Windows to replace 30 of our original windows. We were extremely happy with the products and selections of the window models that were recommended, the timing of the installation, the thoroughness and professionalism by the installation crew, and the overall satisfaction of a quality product completed on time! My experience with Designer Door was excellent. We interviewed and received proposals from 4 different companies as we needed to replace our sliding glass patio door. We evaluated all proposals and chose Designer Door based on quality of door, explanation and process of installation, full warranty provisions, professionalism of staff, references, and competitive pricing. The after sales activity was performed timely and thoroughly, and most important was consistent with the discussion/activity as described in the sales phase. The actual installation activity moved ahead of schedule which was great for us. The install team was very professional and detailed every phase. The area was fully cleaned and after the 5-6 hour install the finished product looked excellent. So yes, overall we were very pleased with our decision and end result. I highly recommend Designer Door.

Fantastic job replacing our front entry door with a mahogany wood door with Texas star beveled glass insert. Installation was professionally done, and clean-up was outstanding. If we ever need additional doors or windows replaced, we know where to come

Did a fantastic job installing windows. Fast forward 3 years and we have a leak. Insurance, Adjusters, and contractors blame the windows. I contacted DD&W as I was told they messed up. Design Doors and Windows scheduled time, showed up on time, inspected everything thoroughly. They found the root issue (which was not the windows or their installation job), and walked me how to repair it and left me some high grade sealant. I 100% will use them in the future and recommend them to everyone. Thank you Design Doors and Windows. You made a lifetime customer out of me.
