I believe Teresa was the sales rep who greeted us. We were graciously approached and asked if she could direct us to what we were looking for. When we found the area, she ask if there were any specifics we wanted in the item and pointed out which ones had them and which could be customized. She stood back and gave us personal and private space to try and discuss. When we decided on our item she advised of sales and deals going on in the store that we could better our price.
