The job started on time and ran on schedule until there was a manufacturer issue with the glass block wall. Work was paused until the defect was determined and the third shipment of glass blocks were a match. The foreman was onsite regularly and quick to respond to my calls/texts even over the weekend. After the job was completed we discovered a gap on the outside of the house at the foundation. The foreman came by and placed the work order immediately, it was repaired next day.
As they were doing the outside they punched holes into the house and did not want to fix them. Also be careful because the they say they include interior and exterior paint and repairs and that's a lie. They keep the invoice broad so that they can charge you and milk you for more. Very disappointed in the fact that they damaged my inner walls without fixing it after saying they would come out and fix it. left the garage a mess. Designer lifestyles is a great place for all your home projects, if it's a small floor to full kitchen remodel these people truly care! Not just for the customers but even for their installers that work with them to make these projects complete! I highly recommend them! If you haven't had a chance to stop in you should make time to do so and check out there wide selection and they're huge show room!

Lisa and her team gave me a new kitchen in July 2022. I recently had an issue with one of the cabinet draws. I messaged Lisa and sent her pictures. I received a text from Michael and he came out the next day and fixed the problem. He was prompt and professional. I am very pleased with Lisa and her team and highly recommend them.
