Desmond was very nice, but communication could have been much better. Mistakes were made and my Seller was not happy. The closing took an entire day due to an error that should have been taken care of at the beginning of the transaction.
We had trouble with underwriting and Desmond went above and beyond to get things straightened out and the loan closed.
