Desmond (and Shon) were absolutely amazing. I felt very comfortable with Desmond because he knew my husband. I knew I would be in good hands. Desmond stayed in regular communication with us and was able to send us documents to sign electronically and we were able to submit documents electronically. This was very important to us because it is difficult for my husband and I to take time off work.
