Just saw Veronica today for Botox. This is my first time with her and it won't be my last (I already scheduled my next appointment). Went for Botox. I got my elevens and forehead injected as well as a brow lift and lip flip with Botox. Starla was my rn and she was so sweet and approachable and made sure to answer all my questions! I like how she gave me different approaches to achieve the look I wanted. I'll see results in about two weeks but in the meantime I'm feeling confident.
Everything here has been above and beyond my expectations. The hydro facial by Allie was outstanding. The work nurse Clarissa on my face proved to be brilliant! She is a true master of her profession. I highly recommend this spa.

Starla is my North Star! She guided me on my options and didn't try to upsell services or products. She was extremely patient, answering all my questions throughly. The receptionist was also very sweet and helped me look for specials on my products. And they were fun! (Bonus points cause I was the last patient on a Saturday). Thank you so much, I feel more confident embarking on vacation to LA.

First time Botox customer. I can't believe I waited this long! Terra is amazing. She's friendly and professional. I was so at ease and confident in her care. The results are incredible. Also, at checkout, the gal was super sweet. I didn't catch her name, but she is starting RN school and I wish her all the best! Looking forward to my next visit.
