Posting the review because my experience was not what I expected. It was my first time going for lip fillers which was something I was looking forward for. I got 1 syringe of juvederm by a nurse (I won't name who) that I saw good results on Instagram. After researching places in Sacramento for face fillers I decided to go with this location. I wanted fillers for my under eyes to get rid of my lines that are starting to come in. I called and asked the receptionist if there are recommendations who I see for eye fillers. I was told Eveyrone was great since they were all trained by the same person. Eveyrone at this clinic is a registered nurse instead of a MD injecting. I had no problem with that and the staff is super friendly. I was paired up with Dede and she was very swee... read more

No results after my first time at this spa, after trying it due to reading nothing but raving reviews. Not only did Destination Aesthetics not follow up with me like promised and protocol, they also did not respond to the video they asked for showing what I wasn't happy with. Their only answer was, "Please call us and we will figure this out!" Not only did no one answer my several calls, but when someone finally did rudely respond to an email, all they said is that someone would call me and well over a month later NO ONE HAS... read more

I hate to be late because I get lost easily, sooooo I went in early , mask on I went in. Two girls at the counter one on left very friendly one on the right not so much. SHE made it very clear I could not get in early....I did not even ask if I could be seen early . Snarky attitude .upon entering I had even apologized for being early and asked if it was ok to just sit and be on my phone?? again girl on my left sweet and the one on my right did not even look up , she never said anything , the girl on left was lookin to HER ... read more

I am an existing customer. My original thoughts on DA were decent, nice facility, etc Last night I booked an appointment assuming I'd be driving the 2 hours from my house in Lake Tahoe for a 9am appointment. But for unforeseen circumstances I was not able to.. I emailed, texted, called DA from 6am until I was able to finally reach someone by phone around 8:30am.
