I've really enjoyed my experience at Destination at Arista! One of the nicest amenities they offer is the on-site car wash. It's honestly the only apartment community I've seen that has a car wash, and it's such a convenient perk to have right at home. The community has a great selection of amenities overall, but the car wash definitely stands out and is something I really appreciate!
Really enjoyed my time at Destination at Arista. The pool was a great spot to relax, and the facilities were clean and well kept. I also really appreciated the maintenance staff, they were friendly, responsive, and quick to help whenever something came up. It made the whole experience feel comfortable and hassle-free.

Dog owners, please be aware. While walking our three dogs on standard 5-foot leashes, I politely asked this couple to go around us because we were training. They acknowledged me but continued walking toward us with their dog on a retractable leash. Their dog repeatedly pulled toward ours, and our Lab puppy slipped out of its collar and briefly sniffed their dog. There was no barking, growling, or biting. I recently moved out here and just received a charge for over $500 for "damages". My apartment was spotless upon my move out, despite a few holes in the wall and one minimally paint damaged wall due to my TV stand. This was by far the worst living experience I've ever had, I Colorado. Also, my apartment was not even clean when I moved in, there were bits of paint and dust all throughout the apartment from construction workers. Save your money and Do not move here.
My husband and I have lived here for 3 months now and we confirm it is the worst apartment complex we've lived in. We thought we were paying a big more to have great service and everything working but that it definitely not the case. 1. When we moved in our AC wasn't working, refrigerator wasn't plugged in, and hot water wasn't working. 2. The AC continued to not work for the next three weeks.
