I recently completed a cash-out refinance mortgage with PennyMac, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, PennyMac provided exceptional service characterized by cost-effectiveness, timely processing, & communication.
The only problem that I had with the whole experience is that Pennymac would not accept faxes or email documents. I do not know how to upload documents & this caused extreme stress on my part.
This can be a very overwhelming process, however, this is one of the most facilitated processes I’ve ever experienced. The constant updates were most helpful and appreciated. The ease of reading, uploading and signing docs was the best experience!
Working with PennyMac has been very quick and easy. I would like to thank all those who assisted us.
