The veterinarian provided excellent care, but I’m disappointed with the front desk staff. As a person with a disability, using a cane and struggling with balance, I found their lack of assistance frustrating. When asked to weigh my two dogs, I struggled, nearly fell, and received no help, relying on another person instead. Later, as I left with my dogs tangled around my legs, dropping items and nearly tripping, the staff watched without offering aid. Went for annual check up with a senior dog. Was asked to weigh my dog(didn't know I work there), receptionist did not even get up to check if weight was accurate. In exam room tech took dog out of room, I hear my dog scream so I open the door to see what going on to a rude tech. We finished our visit with Dr. Bailey who was very apologetic. Prices are steadily going up(no discount for working)starting to look elsewhere.

I brought my very sick dog too this office twice with severe stomach issues both times I was given acid reflux medicine and anxiety medicine and of course each time ordering more and more expensive testing that come to find out was completely unnecessary. I brought my dog to another much more experience vet and he immediately diagnosed her with ulcers and did not even have to put his hands on her to diagnose her.
