The place was neat. Everything was functional. But the window in our room was duct taped with a plastic bag. Our stay was in winter. Hopefully we didn't get cold (although the room temperature wasn't stable). But we could hear noise from the street and the plastic bag moving with the wind. The location was great for artsy people: near The Heidelberg Project and the Spot Lite. We paid for what it is worth.

Excellent stay! Mom loved the creativity in the holiday decor that was cheerful and upbeat as well as the new addition to the shower.
Loved my stay. Host was very responsive when needed, smooth check in and detailed instructions on how to move about the property.

Comfortable very clean and organize
Sean and Kim were able to give us a quick overview of how to access groceries and suggestions to funtivities around the area (they even have a binder for directions and stuff). Couldn't ask for anything better!
What a great find! You get a lot for the price. I don’t usually book shared spaces but I was in a pinch…the other tenants staying there ended up being so great and we became friends!! Honestly the best part. Hosts were very accommodating. I would recommend checking in early to avoid any issues or double confirming you’ve been given the right access code ahead of time if you’re going to be arriving late. Would def stay here again if I’m back in Detroit!
