I do not care if he is the most skillful surgeon in the whole world. If he treats nurses like this, he does not deserve to practice as a surgeon.

How a doctor treats their nurses is a direct reflection on how they will treat their patients. Lack of care is pervasive.

This MD publicly humiliated a nurse during a livestream. It was not a joke—it was belittling and completely unprofessional. If this is how they treat colleagues on camera, I worry about what happens off it. Unacceptable conduct for any medical professional.
You are an absolute joke. You think you can perform a surgery without nurses?? Who do you think runs the OR? The circulating RN does! She or he makes sure the patient is safe. Makes sure everyone stays sterile. Not you!
