After treatment in a field spinal fusion you dismissed us from your practiss 5 years ago we're still making payments on the botched surgery
Doesn't provide accurate cost estimates, inaccurate info provided about why cost went up, would say anything to allow procedure to proceed (because then are stuck with the cost - five times more), and it at least allow reasonable payment options for mess up.
I never write reviews unless they are good ones. I’m compelled to warn everyone of this place. Do not go here! I am working and on a full detailed explanation. Wish I could give them 0 stars. They are all about money and nothing else. Story to follow.
After being made a human pin cusion and medical guinea pig, I finally was told by Dr. Deuk that I would need a double spinal fusion. I can no longer even walk more then 10 mins without dropping to the ground in pain so to hear those words...it brought me to tears thinking that I could finally be pain free and living a normal life once again. Feeling so awesome for a change. Finally found a Dr. That help with my pain in my hip all the way down my leg. Been this way for a very long time. After 3 different times getting shots and it never worked. The first Dr. Wanted to do surgery. No way so i got a second opinion and it was the smartest move I ever made. They Rescheduled my apt 4 times and then Bc I complained then sent me to another doctor because they said their doctors didn't do pain management. This place is over priced and a joke for a doctors office. Even after I asked for someone to call me they waited until the next day and were very rude. And I'm certain they will delete this because it's negative instead of handling a patient issue.
I wish I could have seen the same caring and considerate doctor that others have mentioned. After nearly 6 months of negotiating with my insurance and another 4 months of being passed around from doctor to doctor without anything being done they decided to turn me away. Deuk Spine did a lot to help me with my back pain last year. I had a procedure that would need to be done again, but it gave me 10 months pain free. I went to schedule the procedure again and was told I needed to pay a $2,294 deposit even though I have good medical insurance. I am a single struggling mom who doesn't have the ability to pay that kind of money.
