All was well with diagnosis but when I went to schedule surgery I was told I would have to pay $14,500 out of pocket because surgery is experimental. I scheduled surgery with a specialist in Orlando. All expenses are covered by Medicare and my supplement. Waited an inordinate amount of time before I ever saw the doctor.

Staff for the most part were great. Would have been better if when I made my appointment that was a referral, they told me when they took my insurance information that they DO NOT take my insurance, and instead bandaging the appointment by saying first one is free and then $185 per visit. Should have told me when I made the appointment. No point in a free consultation when insurance will not cover. But the office was nice and most of the staff made me feel quite comfortable. Dr Deukmedjian is a gifted and caring doctor and very easy to talk to. He DEFINES minimal invasive spinal surgery through the technique he uses. Every single one of his staff that I met are great also...Its teamwork at its best!...Thankyou

There aren’t enough words to express my appreciation for the amazing care I have received from all the staff - in fact, twice I have been in an acute and urgent situation, and everyone went out of their way to address my problem as expeditiously as possible. The doctors take their time to listen AND explain their findings and recommendations. The staff is a well-tuned professional team, and display much concern about my well-being. I have been so pleased with my care that I have already referred several people.
