The best in the area Completely remodeled apts, new cabinets, granite counters, new tubs with ceramic around, 0 carpet, easy to clean floor, union school, new air conditioning units, The girls in the office are very friendly and professional, and they speak Spanish.apartments are the best in this area, 100% recommended

Remodel done right This is really a full remodel. I love the new cabinets, the stainless steel appliances and of course washer/dryer connections in every unit. They are in Union Public Schools so that is a huge plus for me.

BEDBUGS galore!!! Bedbug infestation BEWARE!! Treated 5 times over 3 years and finally had to move!

I am so sorry that happened to you. We don't have bedbugs anymore! We have a pest service and they treat the apartments quarterly on a schedule. On occasion a person will not allow us to spray and they get a pest, and we would have the tenant pay for the service or ask them to vacate the premises so the pests don't move to neighboring units. We have worked very hard on manager and property issues.
