Devin went above and beyond for my buyer clients throughout the transaction. When presented with a low appraisal challenge, Devin was up for it! He submitted our rebuttal and when it was denied he took it higher to the Chief Appraiser! A second appraisal was granted and Devin even covered the cost. We still closed on time even with an over week appraisal delay! The level of professionalism and looking out for the clients best interest was well above the norm! Thank you Devin!

I reached out to Devin when I was 61 anticipating the loss of my husband and wanting to support Idaho business. He was very willing to ballpark how far out I was. I told him I’d get back to him. I reached out a year later. Again, he was ready to assist me. He ordered an appraisal but it came in too low. He would not accept compensation. Finally on the third try I am secure in my home along with enough cash to pay all unsecured debt. Devin, is loyal and caring. I highly recommend him!
