Friendly and helpful They were very helpful and friendly, the only reason I didn't give them a higher rating was because there seemed to be some miscommunication in their system. They were unaware of my AAA discount or that I signed up through Spare Foot. And right after I called and set everything up, I got a confirmation call that didn't have any of my updated information. But everyone I spoke to was polite and courteous helped me to remedy the issue.
