I was so pleased with the storage facility while there until I was ready to leave. I made sure to tell them 6 days before the new month hit and was told I would be removed from the automatic draft for the new month. Six whole days and I still get charged because one of the staff members didn't finish the process so now I'm negative in my account and with a holiday I'm having to wait till next week to get my money back.
