Guaranteed rate did an excellent job in helping me close on a VA loan in an expedited time. Devontae and his team communicated well and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They also worked a rate buy down that helped lower my payment for the first couple years. My only negative comment is in regards to miscommunications between my lender and realtor on how the closing costs were going to work.
