Absolutely phenomenal customer service! I was looking for a very specific items. I called and left a detailed message on the voicemail of customer service. I received a return phone call back in about an hour (I was honestly surprised to get a return call at all much less so quickly!). The young lady clarified some information about what I needed, placed me on hold and spent a good solid five-ten minutes searching the computer for my item and then actually locating it to make sure the computer inventory was accurate. I live in Florida but do travel the 95 corridor at least once a year. DeWayne's is always on my list of stops. Have you seen their Christmas display? Awesome! I buy many unusual gifts there...everything from Pandora jewelry to Vera Bradley purses. Did I mention Flags? I always find unusual flags, mailbox covers or even table accessories. The nursery area is full of beautiful plants, containers, fountains. Thank you for never disappointing me.
