The experience over at the Diablo Mini Storage was tge best. The wonderful customer service provided by Carmen, was one of the best and made ne and m family feel like our things wilk be guaranteed to be safe. Thank You so much for your service.

We have rented from Diablo Mini Storage for a number of years. They have been kind, courteous and efficient. The few times I did need help they were able take care of it. Financial downsizing is the only reason we are letting our unit go. It's easy breezy once you have your credit card in the system and no work on your end. They take care of the place nicely, no vermin and no litter. You would do well to consider them as a place to store your goods.
Lied about 24 hour access. Gave me water damaged unit in flood zone. Got rat infestation, proceeded to raise rent. Get out while you can. I was not the only person leaving when i moved out.

The service I've received since coming to this facility has been wonderful. It's clean, their workers are courteous, I lost track of time and they even let me out still They're affordable and have zero run around. I highly recommend them!

Not too happy... 14% rent increase just after a 3-4 months. Wonder if this is standard??? Also, wonder how frequently these pride increases come along.... Other than that, place is in the "get what you pay for" category. Very functional, gets the job done but there are definitely much nicer facilities out there. If it weren't for the price increase, I'd probably be feeling 4ish star range.

This storage facility is in need of some work. The space we had was pretty rough and because the walls and ceiling hadn't been maintained that well things got pretty grimy inside. I wouldn't store anything of much value there. It was a temporary solution to needing short term storage that didn't cost a fortune.
