IT had been five years since my last visit, but these guys are very good and I would reccomend them to anyone else!
My appointment with Dr. Patel was a very nice experience for me. As soon as I came in I was greeted by the 2 girls at the desk that made me feel immediately welcome & comfortable. I was called back soon after & was taken good care of by the very friendly girl that did my x rays. She made sure I was comfortable & relaxed. She took my x rays right there in the 1 & only chair I would be in. I loved that. Soon after that the Dr. came in, sat down & went over my paperwork with me, asking ?'s. Dr. Patel and the other staff were great! That water-pik is painful, but quick. Thanks for telling me everything as you were doing it and asking if I had questions.
Getting my cavities filled wasn't as bad as I thought and I was told on how it would feel. I know the dentist is only here to help keep teeth healthy and that's what he did today. I was fine with what he did.
Excellent staff, very thourough, very nice and professional. Friendly from time you walk in the door to the time you leave. Dr. took time to explain issues with me and gave me a variety of choices.
Deep cleaning went well and as usual my comfort was top priority throughout the procedure. Thank you Doctor Patel and Staff.
