45 minute wait, not ideal scheduling.
Last visit was not a good experience. After driving 30 minutes for a 2pm appointment, I was advised that the dentist was running late on the previous appointment after waiting for over 30 minutes. The assistant could not tell me how much longer the wait would be and she could not answer at that time. I said my time is valuable and I can't wait indefinitely. Thorough exam but then refused to treat me when I would not agree to his assessment. Not sure what the value of the visit was. Getting a second opinion.
Very unpleasant appt. An hr and a half dragged on for maybe 15 min work. The dr didn't even say hello. 6 mos ago he said nothing about my teeth. This time he proposes thousands of dollars worth of work. And... now he has the time to start right away.
My daughter Natalie reports that she had very rude treatment from your office this week. After being left wIting for over 45 minutes in the chair, Dr. Patel did not greet her, just got right into her mouth, never addressed her directly, and left at the end without giving her any assessment. Additionally he never talked to me, her mother, about her exam and progress. Natalie has asked me for months if we can return to our prior dentist.
