The staff and Dr. Patel always make me feel comfortable while in the office. Every procedure is explained completely and I know I am in good hands. Wish I had found this office years ago.
I really appreciate that if a problem is found during a cleaning you'll fix it in the same appointment. I also really appreciate that Ritu always handles the insurance stuff. My employer has been changing insurance plans every year and your office always handles the change smoothly, I never have to contact the insurance company myself.
I love this dental office! Dr. Patel is so knowledgeable and explains everything he is doing. I am so impressed by his communication. And the staff is incredible comforting and sweet. Once you go here, you'll never go anywhere else. The only con is that sometimes you have to wait a while, but that is only because they are so busy!
I came in for emergency dental work as my composite from one of my tooth broke. I called Saturday, 7AM and I was able to be seen at 10AM. Dr. Patel not only fixed my tooth that was broke but also my other tooth next to it that required cosmetic work. After that, my teeth look even better than before. Staff was very friendly and professional, and facility very clean! I would highly recommend Dr. Patel!
Dr Patel took ample time explaining the procedure and possible situations why the problem was happening. I appreciated his gentle care and time.
My child and I have been with Tim and his staff for over 10 years. They do a great job and everyone remembers every thing . Just a great bunch of folks working to make the experience as best they can..Very happy after 10 years... thanks Mark
