Excellent service. The technician arrived at the scheduled time and texted us before he showed up to let us know when he would be at our house. Anthony was professional, polite and courteous. Diablo Solar does a good job on repairs. In particular, their technician, Anthony, is great: thorough, efficient and friendly. Gave good answers to questions and made sure I understood how the new inverter worked, how long it would take for the system to settle down, etc.
Diablo Solar has been providing outstanding service for more than 10 years at my property. Amber and the scheduling team are smart, customer- focused and very responsive. Uli who provided the on site service, maintenance and a needed repair was efficient, knowledgeable and did a great job of explaining the repair and why it was needed, saving a lot of stress and later cost.
We have always had a great experience with Diablo Solar. Dylan came out to turn our pool solar on for the summer and was very friendly and patient as he showed us how to adjust the temperature setting several times. He adjusted our timer as well and provided wonderful customer service!
I've had a system from Diablo for over 8 years now.They did a great job with the initial install, and did a great job again when I had to replace all the panels after the Glass fire. Technicians have always been incredibly nice and on-time. Discovered during fall turn-down last year that some of my panels had leaks, and the company that had manufactured those panels that had been in business for over 40 years (FAFCO) suddenly declared bankruptcy, so using the warranty on the panels through FAFCO wasn't an option.
