I've had a system from Diablo for over 8 years now.They did a great job with the initial install, and did a great job again when I had to replace all the panels after the Glass fire. Technicians have always been incredibly nice and on-time. Discovered during fall turn-down last year that some of my panels had leaks, and the company that had manufactured those panels that had been in business for over 40 years (FAFCO) suddenly declared bankruptcy, so using the warranty on the panels through FAFCO wasn't an option. Diablo solar installed my PV system about 12-13 years ago. From the beginning they showed integrity, unlike some other vendors, by not pushing different financing option. They were very straight and honest. And since then, they have always been responsive and diligent whenever issues, which were very few and far between, came up. They are a locally owned business, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to go solar.
I had a really frustrating experience with this solar company, mainly because the owner is completely unreasonable. From the start, they were inflexible with scheduling and didn't seem to care about my needs or concerns. When I brought up issues with the installation, the owner was dismissive and even rude, making it clear that they weren't interested in customer satisfaction.
