Diablo solar installed my PV system about 12-13 years ago. From the beginning they showed integrity, unlike some other vendors, by not pushing different financing option. They were very straight and honest. And since then, they have always been responsive and diligent whenever issues, which were very few and far between, came up. They are a locally owned business, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to go solar.
We've had excellent help and service for the past 5 years. Most recently, Zack Sarosick installed our new Powerwall 3. Not only did he and his team do a great job on the installation, Zach went beyond the call to test the system, answer questions, teach us how the system and app work, all with patience and clear technical expertise. We've grown to expect this level of great service from Diablo and once again they came through for us.
I can't recommend Diablo Solar highly enough! From the moment we reached out, their communication was stellar. Michael Scott was incredibly responsive and took the time to educate us on all the available options. The team had our best interests at heart, ensuring we felt comfortable at every step. My experience was very good. Anthony is always super helpful and timely. It took a while to finalize our repairs but he explained the process really well.
We have been using Diablo Solar for many happy years as our pool solar specialists. They expertly open and close our system each year. They make repairs when necessary, but most times they check to see that our system is running perfectly. We will continue to use them for as long as we have our pool. Thanks Katie and the team for taking such good care of us.
