This is a great gym and awesome instructors. The people that attend the classes are also friendly. The classes are FUN especially the Zumba! The rhythm cycling kicks my bum- ask how I know!!!? Only complaint here is who gets up early enough too hit the gym for a 7:30 AM class?! I keep hitting that SNOOZE button- exercise for the day! Everyone is encouraging and there is a lot of laughter- people who exercise seem happier?! So been going here for a month and have been enjoying the classes such as yoga and EZ fit . There are a nice amount of out door pools and spas to enjoy. What is also nice is it is family friendly so you can go and still enjoy your work out. The locker rooms and bathrooms are are clean. They do have Covid policies in affect. Their membership is reasonable and worth it.

I had a 90 minute massage by Matt. This was the best massage ever. Before he started we chatted about any concerns I had and he asked if I had any questions. I felt very comfortable. He used the proper amount of pressure. It was all so relaxing and of course, I was sad when it was over. Next was a 30 minute facial with Theresa. What an amazing experience. I am in my 30's I have worked at and belonged to many gyms in many states. I came across this gym I avoided it for a while because the price I just am lazy getting older 3 kids job ect. I eventually gave in and joined.beat choice ever. The gym is so accommodating. Diamond Hills is a great gym. We were looking for a new place to go after our other gym didn't work out anymore. When we first walked into this place we loved the feeling we got. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. They have everything from an entire workout area with all your cardio and strength needs. They also have two studios with different classes throughout the day and another cycle studio. There is a kids club for kids 7 years and older. As a father of three young girls, and a busy person this gym is perfect for our family. CHILD CARE: Two, hour sessions of day care per day is really critical to me being able to get a workout in when my wife works. For the BABY: I have an 11th month old and 6 Sox year old. For the toddler, I can say the service and capabilities of the staff is top notch. I am hesitant for this 5 star review as I have a hard enough time getting in for an appointment, but the service really is first class! Where else can you get a top notch pedicure that will not chip off in a week while enjoying a local glass of wine? I refuse to go anywhere else!
