I have never met William, but every time I called him, he answered. He was great at answering all my questions and worked really fast so that we could have a closing in 3 weeks. William went above and beyond for my wife and I. We were previously working with Quicken Loans, which was the biggest mistake we ever made, so we had ZERO trust in mortgage lenders.
