William was fast and efficient. He saw a couple that had been trampled on by bigger mortgage companies and made it his mission to get us into our home. The only suggestion I have would be a what to expect after pre-approval but due to our circumstances we didn't have the time for that luxury.

Working with Bill was a very easy and seamless process from start to finish. He is extremely knowledgeable and made sure I understood all parts of the transaction. I've heard many horror stories of the home buying process. I went into this with every worry imaginable. William took all those worries and flung them out the window!
