Everyone was so reliable, fast, and efficient. They were so hardworking despite how late it was on their end because of the 2 hour time difference for IL and CA. They answered all my questions via emails/texts almost instantly. Couldn't have done this without this super team!

William was wonderful throughout the whole process! We tried other services prior which had us jumping through hoops and telling us it wouldn't be worth it to refinance! Wow, they couldn't be more wrong! We are so glad a friend referred us to William! Quick, simple, and stress free process! Top notch service. Constant communication. As a buyer/loan applicant, the most stressful part is 'not knowing'. We also don't want to feel like a 'nag' and bug the mortgage company. I feel that William and his staff did an AMAZING job of constant communication on where we were with the process and made it absolutely smooth and stress free.
